Welcome Chris! Send in your link.

Chris Halton//16//Magnanmity//Straight//FC: Cillian Murphy

Chris is naturally nervous. Get him into any situation and he’ll see the danger in it, or the potential for humiliation. That’s why he’s never had a girlfriend - he’s terrified they’d say no.
He’s not very sociable, and usually snappy whenever someone tries to talk to him. He just wants to be left alone with his ideas. Secretly, he longs for friendship, but can’t deal with people.
He’s extremely smart, and wants to get a degree in Philosophy. He wants to build a world in which everything is logical, ordered and safe. That’s how Michael persuades him to join Magnanimity - by offering him the chance to build a new world.

Sample paragraph: Chris adored maths which was quite the achievement for mathematics as Chris was not exactly a person who got easily attached to things, yet he found a certain sense of security that people or real life could never provide him with in the logic and order of numbers. Never really listening that closely to the teacher he preferred simply to watch and understand through working things out, the personal, intimate sound of a human voice made him feel unnerved if he listened to closely. Others around him were talking, all their voices whether male or female, low or high sounded sharp and nasal in his ears as he tried only to think of numbers. Numbers were safe. People were never safe.

Welcome to Remington, school for magical youth, and site of impending war

Welcome to Remington, a school for students with exceptional talents. Magical talents. There’s all the normal school intrigue here - gossip, in fights, teenagers falling in and out of love.
There’s the normal cliques too. Popular Lara, Coral and Pearl patrol the corridors, smirking and flirting. Amanda and Allison throw the wildest parties in the school. Jason and Lucas cause trouble and catfights wherever they go, and mysterious Jake Wednesday hides his past.
But something darker is happening. Michael Fairing and a few other kids have been sent to raise an army, and a schism is forming. On one side, Michael and the Magnanimity Army, who believe they should rule over normal humans and make the world a better place. On the other, a group who call themselves the Integrators, who want to work with normal humans, not against them, led by Luke and Alex, two friends struggling to understand how they feel. Finally, the Masquerade, who wish to keep hidden from humans, a ragtag group with no clear leader yet.
But love and friendship rarely fit neatly into the lines drawn by politics, and many students face a stark choice…

Welcome to Remington

Welcome to Remington, a school for students with exceptional talents. Magical talents. There’s all the normal school intrigue here - gossip, in fights, teenagers falling in and out of love.
Rose, Pearl and Coral, queen bitches of the school, patrol the corridors. Lauren sleeps around and causes trouble. Amanda and Allison throw the wildest parties the school has seen. Luke and Alex struggle to understand what they mean to each other. Lucas and Jason cause endless trouble. And the mysterious Nathan tries to hide his past.

Jake Wednesday//16//Integrators - but could he be a spy?//Bisexual//FC: Landon Liboiron
Jake ran away from home the first time when he was eight. He’s never told anyone why. Since then, he’s been in and out of children’s homes, finally coming to Remington when he was fourteen.Jake’s an enigma. He grants people a lot of privacy and expects them to do the same. He can bottle up his emotions for a long time then suddenly release them all in one burst of incredible aggression. Most of the time he’s kind of stoical. He’s always on the outside, usually doing something with his hands. He does very well in Tech, Earth Magic and Gym, and pretty abysmally in all other subjects given his levels of education. Earth magic is his favourite - the feeling of gliding through the soil, invisible to the world above, brings him some sort of peace.

Amy O’Brien//15//Integrators//Sexuality Unknown//FC: Sophie Turner
Poor Amy. Crazy Amy. After she had a panic attack on the first day, most people started to keep away from her, calling her crazy. It’s a name that’s stuck. Amy lives in fear of her fellow schoolmates, particularly Jemmy, who takes out all her frustration on her.Just because Amy is shy doesn’t mean she doesn’t see what’s going on, however. People ignore her. If someone could get through to her, they’d open up a whole goldmine of secrets.
